You are the sole owner of each ticket we have purchased at a state licensed Texas Lotto retailer on your behalf.

Players pick 6 numbers between 1 and 54 for each Texas Lotto ticket. Players win prizes for matching three, four, five or all six numbers "Jackpot". The odds of winning the Texas Lotto jackpot are approximately 1 in 25.8 million.

The advertised jackpot amount reflects the "annuity option". Here the jackpot prize is paid in 25 annual installments. The "cash option" pays the jackpot prize in one lump sum and will be approximately half the advertised jackpot. Winning Texas Lotto tickets are valid for 180 days.
