When you are using our service to purchase your Mega Millions Lotto tickets for you, you will be playing the Mega Millions Lotto in the state of Florida.

Mega Millions Lotto drawings are held every Tuesday and Friday night at 11:00 PM Eastern Time. You can play Mega Millions Lotto through our web site until 2:00 PM Eastern Time the day of the drawing. For each Mega Millions Lotto ticket you pick 5 numbers between 1 and 70 plus one additional number between 1 and 25, the "MegaBall". This creates overall odds of 1 in 24 for winning a prizes. That's right, one in 24 tickets wins a cash prize. Players win a prize for matching just one number, the "MegaBall". The odds of winning the Mega Millions jackpot are approximately 1 in 302.5 million.

The minimum Mega Millions jackpot starts at $40 million and has surpassed the $650 million mark. See prize structure for more details and odds. The advertised jackpot amount reflects the "annuity option". Here the prize is paid in 30 annual installments. If the Mega Millions lotto jackpot winner chooses to receive one lump sum payment "cash option". The prize will be approximately half the advertised jackpot. Winning Mega Millions tickets are valid for 180 days. All wins must be collected in the State the ticket was purchased. Please see the "Game Help" on how to claim winning tickets.

You win the Mega Millions jackpot by matching 5 numbers from 1 to 70 plus a "MegaBall" number from 1 to 25. There is a total of nine ways to win cash prizes. You already won by just by matching the "MegaBall". megawin.com does not offer the "Megaplier" option that is offered in some states.

"Just the Jackpot" option may be added as it becomes availble in Florida.
